YOGA IN LAS LAJAS
We offer weekly private or group classes for yoga and Pranayama in a variety of styles. The classes take place in our outdoor studio, The Yoga Shala. Here you practice asanas and meditations nestled within our lush garden. The soothing jungle music leads you deeply and fully into your practice and profound relaxation.


WEEKLY SCHEDULE IN THE VILLAGE
Weekly yoga classes are offered on Thursday mornings from 9:00-10:00 and each week is a different style of yoga
Private classes for individuals or groups are available on request and can be tailored to suit your preference for a specific style in Vinyasa, Hatha, or Restorative
Sessions are accessible to all levels and body types


VINYASA
Vinyasa yoga is a flowing yoga practice connecting body and mind through motion and intentional breathing.
In this yoga style, we move quickly through different poses combined with Pranayama exercises and end with a meditation.


KUNDALINI
Kundalini yoga involves chanting, singing, breathing exercises, and repetitive poses. Its purpose is to activate your Kundalini energy, or shakti. Kundalini yoga awakens this energy to develop awareness and support you in moving past your ego.


YIN
Yin yoga is a slow and meditative yoga practice. While holding different postures for up to 10 minutes at a time, you are giving your body time and space to surrender and relax within the deeper tissues and fascias. You will connect with your mind and the physical sensations of your body. Yin yoga helps you to stretch and lengthen your body in a profound manner while also teaching you how to breathe through any discomfort and sit in stillness with your thoughts. Yin Yoga is connected with the philosophy of traditional Chinese medicine, stretching the meridians, working with the five elements, and engaging in the transformational circle.
